For many families in shelter, traditional Halloween trick or treat activities are not possible due to higher risk factors for their personal safety. Each October, Willow Place shelter program staff plan Safe Halloween activities for children and parents in our shelter program, allowing them to dress up, have fun, and enjoy treats!  We are seeking monetary and in-kind gifts to make Safe Halloween possible.
